We will respond quickly to any requests from you for disclosure, correction, stop of usage and deletion of your personal information upon confirming that you have the proper right to make the requests.

5. Management of personal information
We will take proper safety control measures to prevent illegal access to, or the loss, falsification or leakage of personal information.

6. Organization, structure
We will endeavor to make all of our employees who are engaged in the provision of our services aware of the importance of and responsibility for protecting personal information.

7. Legal compliance
We will comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.

8. Continuous reviews and improvements
In implementing this policy, we will create internal manuals to inform our directors, employees and the people concerned, of this policy. We will regularly review our activities and make continuous improvements.
